Problem
Existing offline method showed lack of knowledge retention
Blox, a prop-tech is aiming to onboard young talent, faced the challenge of efficiently training new RMs. The existing offline training method showed less knowledge retention and lacked engagement. The goal was to create a robust, interactive training platform that effectively imparts knowledge, assesses understanding, and prepares RMs for their roles.
